Can Ant Might/Sight raise your Strength/Perception above 10? I know that the Bobbleheads can raise the SPECIAL stats to a technical value of 11, which can help to prevent stat drops from armors, radiation, and addictions from lowering below 10.. if you have already taken the strength bobble and you have broken steel do teh quet after you get the perk that makes eevrything 9 then get ant might and make it 10 + the perception bobble head is north east ish of ole old neeeee (i forgot how to spell it)
