There were no plans for a sequel to cover JoJo's second part, Battle Tendency. While storyboards appeared online for what appeared to be a Battle Tendency adaptation, these were primarily used as a bonus feature for the Stardust Crusaders OVA's in order to tell the story of the Joestar bloodline until the events of the OVA's..
