This is the END result of my build (slayer and conduit of spirit). It's a bit pricier but this thing hits like a truck, sustained ~400k dps.. I don't recommend playing acolyte shaman, because to play it well you need a well made build with lots of hp and water dmg and most of the tree unlocked, because even end game your biggest source of dmg to your self will be your totem so you need lots of what the healing scales of (hp and water dmg).

Wynncraft Best Builds - Assassin, Archer, Shaman, Warrior and Mage - Some of the best builds you can find for each class. Seems fine to me, but I haven't been involved in making builds for a year or two. Low mana cost 10k+ spells, good health, marginal health regen but your totems should more than make up the difference. You won't be speedrunning anything, but it seems like it'll work perfectly well as an endgame build.
