1983 Jeep Cj7 Engine Wiring Diagram 123E Jeep Cj7 Fuse Diagram

The people working on it think it is an electrical component but are not sure where hence a wiring diagram. The ignition will turn without a key, but for some reason, when trying to start the engine, they say that the polarity is switched and the engine will crank but not start because it does not have the correct electrical signal.. As all I could ever find online were black and white images of the OEM wire diagrams, I traced all wires and colored them according to what was labeled to make things easier.
