I just unboxed a new hp LaserJet 500 color m551 printer. I tried to print out the demonstration page, RGB samples page, CMYK samples page and other pages to confirmed that the printer has the ability to print document all proof abortive. I also drived it with the current drivers for the model of the printer and still didn't work.. I purchased a used HP Laserjet 500 color M551 printer. The User Access code was unknown and the Administrator access code was blank. I reset the device to factory settings which wiped out the administrator access code and the user access code. I had found a reference on the web saying the administrator access code on all HP printers is "admin".
