the LC6i and Lc7i are really only needed if you need summing. Do you have a left and right speaker in the car that is full range? if so the LC2i will work just fine and it is under $100. ( it also has the smart bass restoration). I'm adding a 4 channal 600w amp with 4x 6x9 speakers and a 1channel 1200w amp with dual subs. Do I need the 6 channel LC7i or is the LC2i good enough for this setup? Also given the factory outputs is the LC2i enough or would I need the LC7i? Also is there a similar low-cost solution that's.
About this item Superior Audio Performance: The AudioControl LC7iPRO Six-Channel Line Output Converter delivers exceptional sound quality, allowing you to experience your music with clarity and precision. AccuBass Technology: With built-in AccuBass technology, this converter ensures optimal bass reproduction, even with factory-installed sound systems, providing deep and impactful low.. LC7i Pro was a great tool to sum the high, mid & bass outputs from my factory amp to create a full range signal to send to the added aftermarket amplifier. Loved the remote bass controller to fine tune each song.
