ooma Telo vs. magicJack

My ooma handset is no longer ringing . the calls are showing in the ooma incoming calls web interface, but the handset is not ringing. I tried to complete the annoying setup screen that was only 20% set up and prior to that - everything worked fine. Been a customer for about 4 weeks..
