NO luck. It was reduced from printing black and yellow only, to not printing at all. I was out of ideas. Ran across Debbie's video on youtube, tried her technique of priming the ink carts w air from a syringe and Voila ! Downloaded her free color purge sheet file. Printed it. Looks great. Thanks Debbie !. If the printer is skipping or not printing properly, go back to step one and repeat the purge process. Printer is now ready to use. Note: On a new 3000 printer, for some reason unknown to us, the start up procedure in the Epson documentation does not charge the lines and print head. If you run the above Purge Procedure, it will charge the lines.
