Hello! I have an HQST 60A SCC that can charge 12/24/36/48v battery banks, and recently moved from 12v to 48v. (12v100AH in 2P to 12v100AH in 4S). I added a 48v to 12v transformer on the load port so the lights, usb, etc would continue to work. The load output is normally turned off. The SCC.. What does the controller show for battery voltage? If the battery BMS is tripped on low voltage it will not charge until reset. This can be done through various methods but depending on your comfort level on working on electrical things you may want to find someone that can do this for you like a battery shop.
