American Psycho is a 2000 cult thriller about Wall Street investment banker Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale) with an alternate psychopathic ego. The font used for opening titles and the business card of Bateman's colleague Paul Allen is Copperplate Gothic. It's a typeface wi. Timothy Bryce Third up is Timothy Bryce's card. He introduces it by saying "raised lettering, pale nimbus white." Right off the bat, it's clear that the lettering isn't raised or embossed. The card appears to be letterpress printed, though we don't get a clear shot of the impression depth. The typeface is the ever popular and ubiquitous Helvetica, giving it the most contemporary.

AKA "Raised lettering, pale nimbus white. " I like the texture, to me it's the classiest of the four. Paul Allen's card might be my least favorite. It's too flat. Too manufactured, but it's also the card closest in style to Patrick Bateman's… perhaps implying some secondary meaning to the style of these cards?. Pale Nimbus is a web component library for modern digitial business. Inspired by the yuppie classic American Pyscho, the components leverage vanilla HTML, Sass CSS, and the Web Compoentent standard to implement business cards, resumes, CVs, invoices, and more in a subtle, tasteful aeesthetic.
